Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and refunds at IoT Toys.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days. Express shipping (available at checkout): 2–3 business days. Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on our website under "My Account → Orders" or on the carrier's website.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom PCB design services (once work has commenced), downloadable software or digital products, items marked as 'Final Sale', and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@iottoys.com with your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Refunds
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider as it may take additional time for the refund to appear. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@iottoys.com.
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted (e.g., items that show signs of use, items not in original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@iottoys.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Warranty
Product Warranty
All IoT Toys products come with a minimum 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Development boards and kits from brands like Arduino and Raspberry Pi carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@iottoys.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
